Get in touch with us to kick off your booking! You can reach out to us via WhatsApp or fill out our online contact form. One of our representatives will be in touch with you shortly to begin the process.
To ensure your stay is perfect, we’ll ask you to complete a brief questionnaire to understand your preferences and needs. This will help us recommend the best accommodation option for you.
After completing the questionnaire, we’ll schedule an informational call with you. During this call, one of our friendly team members will provide detailed information about our available homes, services offered, and answer any questions you may have.
Following the informational call, we’ll send you detailed information about our available houses in Cholula and Puebla. Once you’ve reviewed the information, you can choose the house and room that best suits your needs.
To formalize your reservation, we’ll ask you to sign a rental agreement. This contract will establish the terms and conditions of your stay to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for both parties.
To secure your booking, we require payment of a deposit. This deposit guarantees your accommodation and will be deducted from the total cost of your stay.
Once you’ve completed the booking process and paid the deposit, your reservation will be confirmed. We’ll be in touch to coordinate final details, including your arrival date.
You’re all set to begin your adventure in Mexico! We just need to know your arrival date to ensure everything is ready for your arrival.
